Comfortable or uncomfortable that is the question?

I don’t think there are too many church leaders that wish for people to be uncomfortable when they come to your church. That being said, the big question is how far should we go to make them comfortable?  If there is any lack of comfort, where should it come from? How can we be properly balanced in this area?
